Position Purpose:
Director, Billing and Cash Application leads the centralized Billing and Cash Application Teams, which includes:
- Managing team members; productivity, performance evaluations and career development
- Driving process improvements and innovation through metrics/SLAs/KPIs to improve workflow and customer satisfaction utilizing 6 sigma processes
- Managing billing and cash application interface with the General Ledger
- Ensuring the accuracy of invoicing (~350K invoices per month)
- Administering and enforces billing and cash application policies and procedures
- Working closely with Customer Service to integrate billing and cash application issues and adjustment with a “One Call Resolution” philosophy
- Performing other related duties as required or requested

Education:
Preferred Education: in Bachelors or Equivalent
Experience (North America & LATAM):
Education equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s Degree Preferred), or the equivalent in related work experience.
Seven years or more of analytical experience in a general office environment demonstrating a strong knowledge of business process analysis and business modeling in a multi-location/multi-state environment.
Sound knowledge of billing and cash application systems, 6 sigma initiatives and implementation.
Proven proficiency in using Salesforce.com, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
