A steady, quickly growing commercial services company is looking for an Administrative/ Billing Coordinator to join their group!

Location: Northeast Houston, TX

Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

  • Answer call from consumers: respond to concerns concerning brand-new or existing order, path contacts us to proper resources for technical or prices concerns.
  • Receive order by means of e-mail. Acknowledge invoice of order to consumer by means of e-mail. Get in order into the system. Follow internal interaction procedures to alert supply chain, sales, or other departments of brand-new orders.
  • Assist Finance Department with invoicing, billing, and getting.
  • Receive ask for order status updates from consumers through e-mail or by means of call. Determine order status in system or by interacting with other departments. Offer responses to clients by means of e-mail.
  • Receive ask for prices from clients through e-mail or by means of telephone call. File client requirements in the supplied kinds. Contact engineering and sales departments to demand quote. Problem action to client on a prompt way.
  • Receive ask for speeding up deliveries, item returns, and technical assistance. Path demands to proper internal resources.
  • Assist sales supervisors with client reporting.
  • Assist Director of Finance with all essential reports and information.
  • Assist and cross train on other accounting positions.
  • SOP advancement
  • Perform other workplace jobs as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of all basic workplace responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of accounting and accounting concepts
  • Highly skilled in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Experience with ERP systems and practices (order entry, order status tracking, and so on)
  • Experience with CRM systems and practices (client setup, forecasting, reporting)
  • Ability to multi-task, focus on and handle time efficiently
  • High school diploma needed; college degree chosen
  • Occasional overtime to fulfill company requirements
