The Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Billing and Payroll Coordinator. You will have a remarkable drive, attention to information, extremely arranged and exceptional time management abilities. We are trying to find the best person to handle the billing procedure, procedure payroll for workers, in addition to doing month end responsibilities.

Payroll:

  • Complete multi-state regular monthly payroll for around 80+ workers, which involves processing all staff member modifications consisting of brand-new hires, terminations, raises, bonus offers, 401 k, and so on
  • Confirm payroll batches and transfer information to ADP payroll service for processing, determining, and solving disparities
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regional laws, consisting of remittance of payroll taxes.
  • File quarterly WA L&I return
  • Run reports from CCH for payroll preparation functions and remedying them as required

Billing/month end:

  • Process daily business accounting jobs, business billings, and reconciliations in QuickBooks
  • Review and send expenses weekly
  • Work carefully with Managing Shareholder on difficult costs
  • Send regular monthly AR reports to Managers

Other jobs:

  • File regular monthly WA B&O return
  • File quarterly LV B&O return
  • Calculate and prepare yearly buy-out payments
  • Annual PPA returns for Vancouver and Longview
  • Annual staff member recommendation payments
  • Update yearly CCH renewal spreadsheet

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience in ADP payroll processing, reporting, and payroll taxes
  • Knowledge of garnishments, employees comp claims, payroll audits
  • Ability to handle numerous concerns and time delicate due dates, effectively
  • Excellent customer support abilities
  • High level of company and time management abilities
  • Excellent team effort and social abilities
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications, consisting of Word, Excel, Outlook

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree chosen
  • 3-5 years’ experience in payroll, billing, month end tasks
