- Create and provide precise billings to consumers
- Process credit/debit memos
- Prepare account declarations for consumers
- Answer consumer queries by means of phone/email
- Prepare and keep track of all month-to-month billing reports
- Manage account balances and solve disparities
- Prepare and/or total appropriate spreadsheets and online websites for clients
- Update accounting records with provided billings, processed payments, brand-new balances, and consumer contact details
- Collaborate with other groups to solve billing disagreements
- Perform other tasks and obligations, as appointed by Billing Supervisor
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Specifically Excel
- Bilingual chosen; able to check out, compose, and speak Spanish efficiently
- Must have excellent social and interaction abilities
- Good at multi-tasking and can work efficiently with other employee
- Ability to handle time successfully and operate in a quick paced and altering environment.
- Able to work overtime as required
