Provides management and instructions to all doctors and advanced practice suppliers (APPs) to make sure the shipment of constant quality healthcare.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide instructions and management to AFC doctors and APPs
· Maintain participation in all elements of company recruitment activities and supplier scheduling in combination with the marketplace functional director and VP.
· Maintain and interact requirements of care constant with business approach and supplier neighborhood requirements
· Monitor, report and go over with companies private efficiency and conformance with business expectations regularly
· Serve as a design of expert care in all matters, specifically in the medical diagnosis and management of illness
· Investigate and address client problems relating to quality-of-care concerns
· Serve as laboratory director to the optimum permitted by state of AFC centers
Other Duties and Responsibilities
· As proper, function as business agent to media and neighborhood relating to existing medical concerns
· Other responsibilities and duties as designated
Requirements
· Board-eligible or board-certified with M.D. or D.O. degree
· Current medical licensure in suitable states
· Five years of medical experience
· Knowledge of and familiarity with existing medical concerns, patterns and practices and legal problems and patterns which affect the medical neighborhood
· Excellent Interpersonal abilities consisting of listening, settlement, persuasion, partnership and dispute resolution abilities
· In-depth understanding of claims practices concerning coding
· Demonstrated capability to provide to supplier, scientific, service, and public audiences
· Demonstrated capability to establish relationships with suppliers and functional leaders
· Ability to interact plainly verbally and in composing
· Data analysis abilities, efficiency in existing EMR and Microsoft Office
· Strong service acumen with concentrate on effective and reliable health care shipment
