Friendly Kia is presently searching for an expert and Experienced Automotive Billing Clerk to join our broadening group. Hours are Monday- Friday 8: 00 am – 4: 30 pm with some in time at monthend. No weekends.
Process & publish documentation on all brand-new and pre-owned lorries offered both in state and out while keeping rigorous compliance with all filing requirements, federal, state and entitling laws.
Able to interact in an expert way with Sales Department, Finance Department, and clients.
Cutting refunds and gathering scarcities as required.
Understand lorry billing and MSO’s.
Reconcile schedules.
Reconcile and send weekly guarantee remits.
Monitor and send refunds in for payments.
Able to be cross-trained to fill out as required.
Job Requirements Automotive Accounting experience a must!
DLRDMV and Dealertrack experience a plus!
Must be trustworthy and on time!
Maintains Customer Satisfaction at or above business requirements
Processes documentation on a prompt basis
Self Motivator with strong attention to information
Able to operate in a quick paced environment
Effective Communicator
Dependable Team-oriented and comfy in an open workplace
Understand due dates and have the ability to use the suitable sense of seriousness to all jobs.
