Responsibilities and Responsibilities
- All office administrative jobs – Phones, Filing, e-mail, etc.
- Manage purchasing materials as required throughout all areas
- Minor workplace difficulty shooting of makers and point of contact to Building for Upkeep
- Work with our online software and billing business concerning billing questions
- Understanding of the process for confirmation of Insurances and Authorizations for patient check outs to serve as a back up for Admins
- Communicate with Insurances and Billing Company concerning Client Concerns and Jobs
- Answer and Help with concerns from Patients regarding Declarations and Billing Items
- Accurately go into charges and payments from Insurances and Patients
- Multi-tasking of task tasks and duties with the capability to finish in an anticipated time frame
- Follows up and examines daily reports and proactively communicates with personnel concerning patients plan of care and the requirement for a prescription, permission, recommendation, or precertification to ensure there are no delays with patient care
Certifications and Abilities
- Experience with EMR and Scheduling Software Application.
- Previous experience in a scientific setting (medical facility or therapy center particularly pediatrics) with an understanding of medical billing practices and medical terms
- Great customer service/ relations experience abilities
- Impressive interaction abilities
- Superficial understanding of the reasons for client care consisting of physiology, anatomy, and neurology is useful, however not required
- Properly and Effectively uses innovation in the office, and any software required.
- Willing to work under direction and take directions and corrections; ability to reason, to remember names; details of guidelines; need to be alert, versatile, and versatile
- Experience utilizing G-Suite item (i.e. Google Docs, Gmail, Calendar)
- High school graduate or equivalent
