I think the issue with the question and with many of the answers so far, is the perception that college has long term benefits and coding bootcamp are a short term method. Look at it by doing this: bootcamp or college, where are you going to remain in 3 or 4 years? If you do a boot camp, and get utilized pretty rapidly, in 3 years you have at least 2 years of working experience. You will find out method more on the job than in either a boot camp or college. If you go to college, 3 or 4 years from now, you have no real work experience, and based upon what I understand of the majority of college programs, you truly aren u2019 t received an entry level task with a common CS degree. You might wind up in a boot camp anyhow, because business will provide fresh CS graduates extremely low income or intern positions.
