Position is accountable for the preliminary and continuous education and assistance of all care suppliers relating to coding and paperwork requirements of Structure Medical Partners. Education takes place in a range of settings: direct interactive knowing sessions, separately or groups; composed standards and procedures; routine coding evaluations. Coding teacher accountable to construct relationships with suppliers and practices to make sure open interaction. Position assists in and offers in-depth analysis, reporting, training, education and assistance to companies and personnel to promote precise scientific documents to assistance billed services.
Credentials:
· High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree or greater chosen.
· Needs to be a qualified expert coder.
· Needs to have a legitimate chauffeur’s license.
· 5 years of coding experience, ideally in a multi-specialty group practice.
· Experience/knowledge with health care coding and documents audits and appeals
needed.
· Understanding of present health care coding, paperwork audits and appeals.
· Needs to have strong social and interaction abilities to engage with companies and
internal/external resources to education on complicated coding and paperwork
requirements and/or effectively send and safeguard audit appeals.
· Should have strong working understanding of Excel, Word and the capability to discover brand-new software application as needed.
· Should be information oriented, able to work individually and collaboratively with
administrative, scientific and administrative personnel and suppliers.
· Needs to have outstanding analytical and important thinking abilities.
· Capability to manage numerous projects/tasks under due dates with brief notification; able to
