A Billing Clerk, Billing under the management of the Manager, will carry out accounting and clerical elements of taping the sales of lorries. This position needs fantastic attention to information and a high level of privacy.
The billing clerk will support the internal procedure to offer exceptional customer care at all times and keep an expert look and mindset to both consumers and other staff member.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Tape-record lorry sales.
2. Evaluation documentation on lorry deals from numerous lorry sales departments.
3 Review documentation from the financing and insurance coverage department.
4 Prepare commission coupons for sales experts.
5. Equipping in lorry stock for vehicles
6. Processing and post Dealer Trades
7. Prepare payments to consumers and suppliers/ rewards referring to automobile deals.
8. Send financing aftermarket agreements
9. Fix up agreements in transit and reward associated schedules.
10. Help consumers and sales workers in billing and benefit concerns.
11. Help other accounting and entitling workers throughout their lack.
12. Prepare and fix up sales commission summaries for month end payroll.
13. Fix up automobile schedules
14. Purchasing and equipping workplace materials
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None. May take part in or assistance job and procedure enhancement groups.
