A Billing Clerk, Billing under the management of the Manager, will carry out accounting and clerical elements of taping the sales of cars. This position needs terrific attention to information and a high level of privacy.
The billing clerk will support the internal procedure to offer outstanding client service at all times and keep an expert look and mindset to both clients and other staff member.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Tape-record car sales.
2. Evaluation documents on automobile deals from different car sales departments.
3 Review documents from the financing and insurance coverage department.
4 Prepare commission coupons for sales specialists.
5. Equipping in car stock for vehicles
6. Processing and post Dealer Trades
7. Prepare payments to clients and suppliers/ rewards referring to automobile deals.
8. Send financing aftermarket agreements
9. Fix up agreements in transit and reward associated schedules.
10. Help clients and sales workers in billing and benefit problems.
11. Help other accounting and entitling workers throughout their lack.
12. Prepare and fix up sales commission summaries for month end payroll.
13. Fix up car schedules
14. Purchasing and equipping workplace products
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None. May take part in or assistance job and procedure enhancement groups.
