  • Billing claims (both paper & electronic variations).
  • Entering all individual and insurance coverage invoices into the computer system.
  • Balancing payments with deposit every day.
  • Noting in client’s computer system record any EOBs for non-payment status, and right EOBs with mistakes in billing.
  • Billing secondary insurance coverage.
  • Correcting any claim clearinghouse mistake reports
  • Calling insurer concerning payment status or rejections of payment.
  • Resubmitting claims for any non-paid CPT Codes.
  • Assisting clients with their account balances.
  • Maintaining strictest privacy; sticking to all HIPAA standards and guidelines.
  • Attending all obligatory conferences and training sessions relevant per management.

Bring your remarkable client service abilities, friendly mindset, and high attention to information, together with the following:

  • High school graduate.
  • Computer experience & typing precision.
  • Knowledge of insurance coverage compensation, consisting of medical billing.
  • Ability to run a computer system, calculator, photo copier, scanner and other fundamental workplace devices.
