- Create and provide precise billings to consumers
- Process credit/debit memos
- Prepare account declarations for consumers
- Answer consumer queries by means of phone/email
- Prepare and keep an eye on all month-to-month billing reports
- Manage account balances and deal with disparities
- Prepare and/or total correct spreadsheets and online websites for consumers
- Update accounting records with provided billings, processed payments, brand-new balances, and client contact details
- Collaborate with other groups to solve billing conflicts
- Perform other responsibilities and obligations, as appointed by Billing Supervisor
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Specifically Excel
- Bilingual chosen; able to check out, compose, and speak Spanish efficiently
- Must have great social and interaction abilities
- Good at multi-tasking and can work successfully with other staff member
- Ability to handle time successfully and operate in a quick paced and altering environment.
- Able to work overtime as required
