Job Description

Norco is presently looking for a private to fill our Medical AR Specialist position. The Medical AR Specialist is accountable for handling balance dues billing and collection of payments for all designated payers and areas in order to fulfill and preserve business objectives.   • Research and deal with any claims from date of rejection for designated factor codes
  • Monitor the business’s balance dues balances and contact clients when recognized collection problems develop

  • Verify clients’ eligibility, protection, and advantages and recognize permission requirements
  • Perform other jobs as appointed or needed

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable on the insurance coverage procedure, medical terms, and coding
  • Proficient within Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Understand and keep in mind different accounting codes and how to properly utilize them
  • Ability to carry out fundamental mathematics computations
  • Ability to properly go into information into computer systems and obtain a working understanding of any software application applications essential to the position
