Supervisor– System IS Epic Billing

Connected Health Care is looking for an Experienced Epic Billing Manager for our customer situated near Indianapolis, Indiana.

Obligations:

  • This position handles the IS Epic Billing Systems group for all Professional billing and Hospital billing workflows and imposes workflows, construct and modifications paperwork, and makes suggestions for enhancements. This leader monitors, informs, trains, and coaches personnel associated to the billing systems requirements, workflows, and system develop.
  • Under the basic instructions of the IS System Director– Applications, PMO, and Lean Sigma, this leader handles the setup, operation, assistance, and upkeep of numerous stand-alone and integrated computing systems for the Information Services (IS) department straight associated to the billing systems.
  • Functions as the resource for the tactical instructions of software and basic automation assistance of service procedures connected to billing tools and workflows.
  • This function is an IS leader and a bottom line of contact for all user management and personnel levels, working together with other IS leaders throughout Columbus Regional Health to supply a combined, top quality, service-oriented department.

Requirements:

  • 3 plus (3+) years of Professional and/or Hospital Billing expert experience highly chosen.
  • Previous management experience needed.
  • Legendary software application experience and accreditations with Epic modules: SBO Hospital Billing and Claims or Professional Billing and Claims chosen.
  • Understanding of Epic performance, applications, job management principles, and alter management procedures is needed.
  • Comprehensive service experience in Payor & Direct Contracting, for both healthcare facility and medical group operations, is needed.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • An active Epic (2020+) Professional Billing or Hospital Billing accreditation chosen.
  • An active Epic (2020+) Professional Billing or Hospital Billing accreditation needed within 3 (3) months of hire date.
  • Accreditations connecting to other Epic modules, software application applications, innovation facilities, and or scientific expertises are chosen.
