One of the largest health care innovation business in the U.S. is looking for Medical Billing Client Service Specialists who prosper in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to supply info to clients in reaction to inquiries about products and services, and are able to handle and resolve complaints.

2 years of recent Medical Billing experience is required

Must have open schedule to work any 8 hour shift between 7: 00 AM and 6: 30 PM, Monday – Friday

This position is a 5 month task and you need to be able to work from home till current conditions allow to work on-site in the Tulsa workplace.

Duties:

  • Deal with consumer service or billing grievances by carrying out product exchanges, reimbursing money and adjusting bills
  • Notify customers of claim investigation outcomes and adjustments
  • Comprise records of consumer interactions, complaints, remarks and actions taken
  • Help with inbound calls, outbound calls or a mix of both

Abilities:

  • Capability to document and record consumer and customer info
  • Well versed at checking out EOB’s
  • Should comprehend copays, coinsurance and deductibles
  • Excellent composed and spoken interaction abilities
  • Remarkable consumer service abilities
  • Attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • 2 years of Medical Billing experience
  • High School Diploma, or comparable, is required
