Partners with IT to set and drive a clear roadmap for the business capability that includes proper demand management, release planning and release management of technology system( s)
Partners with R&D functions, internal and external partners including Agreement Research Organizations (CROs)/ suppliers on technique, development, implementation, and oversight of enhancement to existing company capability
Works broadly throughout Worldwide Scientific Operations, Global Scientific Development, Global Data Management, Centralized Tracking, Regional Medical Operations, Medical Trial Method, Quality & Compliance, IT, to leverage digital know-how and capabilities across the enterprise.
Keeps track of new technologies and external patterns to make sure BMS is leveraging the finest of what is offered
Displays and supervises business ability functional health and metrics
Welcomes a culture of quality, compliance and information integrity to promote a state of assessment preparedness for the organization capability
Participate in audits and examinations for the service ability to make sure information requests by auditors and companies are satisfied
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree needed with an innovative degree preferred.
Experience with Regulative and Compliance requirements with concerns to the Clinical Data Management
Comprehending of difficulties and opportunities in managing data within scientific trials
Comprehending of Scientific Data Management and Scientific Advancement stakeholder requires, difficulties and opportunities in scientific trials
Experience working with international groups in various geographies with a varied set of viewpoints in various regulative contexts
Ability to examine and interpret complex problems and propose innovative solutions
Experience with leading job and matrix groups and driving development
Strong task management and preparation abilities
Efficient oral and written communication skills to influence, notify, or guide others
Capability to successfully react to regulatory patterns, internal audits, examination activities consisting of root cause analysis/Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) plans for any findings.
