Duties: Providing front-line assistance for all patient inquiries relating to procedure expenses
- Assisting with previous permissions, insurance verification, and monetary counseling
- Working to prevent bad financial obligation situations by assessing client situations
- Offering feedback on finest practices to management
- Assisting with medical billing and insurance coverage follow up
Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in the revenue cycle (billing, coding, prior permissions, insurance coverage verification)
- Demonstrated knowledge of client access and financial clearance for procedures
- Extraordinary customer support ability and interactions abilities
- An ability to artistically problem-solve to help patients in achieving desirable outcomes
Hours: Monday– Friday; 8: 00 am– 5: 00 pm
Gown Code: Company Casual
Report To: Director of Profits Cycle
Length of Assignment: Indefinite Temporary; Long-Term
- Potential for Permanency
Payment: $1597 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)
