    • Work returned mail (bad addresses)
    • Send additional Medical records request to Referring Companies
    • Retreive, collect and send medical records to insurance coverage business
    • Print, look at and submit claims and appeals to insurance companies
    • Print and send by mail letters to clients
    • Total and send required kinds for claims payment as needed
