Accountabilities
– Frequent communication with doctor workplaces, making primarily outgoing calls
– Outbound calls to clients to have discussions on order status
– Occasionally accountable for assisting with inbound calls regarding order status
– Find out Medicare specific paperwork standards and policies
– Follow Medicare standards for holding policy and supply delivery
– Follow up on clinical notes required for patient certification
– Cross practical communication across departments
– Able to hit day-to-day objectives and projection
– Ingenious with process improvements and concepts
Certifications
– HS Diploma, GED or comparable experience
– 1 years experience in related field
– High attention to information required
– Strong communication skills, both on the computer and over the phone required
– Fundamental math abilities required
– Medical and Healthcare experience is a plus
