The Manager of HIM Coding and Earnings Cycle must have Bachelors Degree in healthcareor service with AHIMA and/or AAPC Coding Accreditation needed andRHIA or RHIT certification chosen. The Supervisor of HIM Coding and Profits Stability must have 5 years experience with Coding, Health Details Management and/or, Patient Financial Services accounts receivable management. Thorough understanding of the relationship in between codes and earnings in the repayment procedure, particularly how earnings is created from ICD-10 CM, ICD-10 PCS, CPT and HCPCS codes.
