Merakey is presently seeking a Billing Professional to join our Merakey Financial Provider division in our Harrisburg, PA place. Pay Rate: $1453 per hour Shift: Mon – Fri 8: 00 am – 4: 00 pm The Billing Professional is accountable for the daily activities associating with ensuring the timely and accurate entry and billing of the Intellectual and Developmental Impairments (IDD) Service line. Authorization entry, charge entry task and variance evaluation are the crucial parts associating with effectively preserving this position. Makes sure that information is received and gone into within established timeframes, allowing for no disruptions to the earnings cycle. Duties include however are not restricted to the following: Abide by and understands all Merakey Corporate and Business Operations policies, requirements and procedures. Should be highly arranged and work well under pressure. Should have the ability to work separately, as well as under supervision. Deals with all aspects of customer authorization management associating with the IDD service line. (obtaining from state system, participating in core billing system and fixing authorization difference problems) Usage of Pennsylvania State systems (HCSIS & Guarantee) to recover and go into customer associated billing details. Capability to carry out different billing task on multiple county and state sites. Produce, confirm and send consumer and payer invoices from core billing system and QuickBooks application to payers and customers. Assistance payment publishing and balancing of money receipts got related to this position. Need to want to accept responsibility and to reveal profundity, initiative, and resourcefulness together with working in a collaborative environment. Must have the ability to work efficiently with others and have good interpersonal skills. Carry out other responsibilities as designated by management.
