POSITION ONSITE AT NAVAL Hospital Jacksonville, Jacksonville, FL

SUMMARY: Accountable for assignment of accurate Evaluation and Management (E&M) codes, ICD medical diagnoses, existing procedural terms (CPT) and Health Care Common Treatment Coding System (HCPCS), modifiers and quantities derived from medical record documents (paper or electronic) for outpatient encounters.

Previous MTF coding experience preferable.
