Health systems are working towards mapping client data to the EHR systems so that the frontline care suppliers have the information readily offered to improve health care delivery and outcomes. The next action is to standardize the information normalization procedure and make it interoperable while taking care of patient information personal privacy, privacy, and security.

Katherine says that the industry must now focus on executing efforts to reduce social problems such as the digital divide and health inequalities.
