Position Scope:
The Billing Expert is accountable for following up with insurance coverage providers on claims problems, working rejected claims, and publishing payments. They will work greatly with Colorado Medicaid and Medicare.
Requirements:
- 2 years of medical billing and A/R experience from a medical care or internal med background chosen.
- Strong understanding of CO Medicaid and Medicare standards.
- Previous experience dealing with modifiers and contributing to claims.
