Task Responsibilities
- Getting in touch with insurance provider by phone or e-mail
- Examine previous claims and accounts
- Publishing payments
- Filing appeals
- Interacting with clients and insurance provider in an expert way
- Data entry
Requirements
- Previous medical billing experience is needed
- One year experience with payment publishing is needed
- Experience with AS400 software application a plus!
- Outstanding phone rules
- Data entry experience
