Minimum Qualifications
Education/Training
High School graduation or equivalent. Bachelors degree chosen. Present AHIMA – Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) accreditation.
Experience
5 years experience in coding to consist of Coding Management, Coding Auditing, inpatient and outpatient coding in an intense care setting; experience dealing with doctors and other clinica specialists; experience in documents evaluation; coding/DRG (Diagnosis Related Groups) analysis needed.
