POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the basic instructions of the Manager of the Rapid Response Laboratory, offers supplementary assistance for medical activities by efficiency and suitable analysis of moderate and high intricacy medical lab tests as specified under CLIA ’88 A restricted menu of Chemistry, Hematology, and Microbiology screening is carried out in the Rapid Response Lab.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:

EDUCATION:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or college in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science that includes effective conclusion of a monitored course of medical internship in an authorized healthcare facility lab or A Bachelor’s degree in a used science (Chemistry, Biology and Biochemistry).
- Experience needed with Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology and Biochemistry: should have 2 years of experience in a medical lab. Experience needed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science: should have one year experience in scientific lab.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires the understanding of scientific tests and requirements required to carry out extremely complicated tests as specified by CLIA (see appendix A) and precisely report outcomes.
