@menkhare @specialagent17 @maggieNYT I’ve worked in Medical Billing for over 15 years, I’m not aware of any provision in HIPAA which would make it not apply to POTUS or any other person. Perhaps it could be argued that the National interest supercedes HIPAA but I don’t think that’s ever been tested (in the courts)
