Main Responsibilities:

  • Capability to identify in between optimization chances and change opportunities in order to use suitable methods and resources
  • Manage portfolio of operational enhancement efforts for operations
  • Develops long enduring relationships with internal and external groups to guarantee appropriate delivery of enhancement chances based on issue/opportunity type
  • Supplies management to and is accountable for the efficiency of managers and/or senior level professional staff.

    Needed Credentials

    • Bachelor’s degree or 10 years work experience in operational improvement in health care
    • 5 years of experience in Portfolio Management
    • 5 years of experience supervising personnel
    • Expert knowledge and suitable application of functional improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, Theory of Constraints along with Task Management
    • Professional understanding of MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
    • Capability to travel 25% of the time
