Billing Specialist – Temp to Hire!

AppleOne is recruiting several Billing Specialists for our client in the Robinson Township area of Pittsburgh, PA. Our client is a fast growing company in the Medical Insurance and Claims Industry where their employees enjoy a casual dress and team-oriented environment.
This client is willing to train you, even if you do not have billing experience!
Responsibilities for the Billing Specialist include the following:
– Processes bills as follows:
a. Ensures bills have a complete set of documentation for all service dates.
b. Enters bills into billing software per billing manual.
c. Generates correct invoices, EOP (Explanation of Payments), and any other statements per billing manual.
d. Prints invoices, EOP and other statements for mailing and filing.
e. Applies correct stickers to network bills per billing manual.
– Faxes the Unbilled PT Report and addresses any issues with providers.
– Captures network billing from repricing clients.
– Ensures that personnel, client, donor and volunteer files and securely stored and privacy/confidentiality is maintained.
– Performs other duties as assigned.
Your qualifications for the Network Billing Specialist:
– High School Diploma or equivalent.
– Type 45-50 WPM.
– 10 Key 8K-10K KPM.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Data entry experience.
