Instructor
Ensure academic excellence (25%)
o Ensure academic excellence (25%)
o Ensures that instruction meets or exceeds the standards of the institution
o Maintain gradebook, attendance and registrar requirements are in line with College standards
o Meet or exceed 3.0 on student end of course surveys
- Drive program outcomes through student learning experience (25%)
o Ensure student outcomes meet institutional standards
o Address gaps in student performance through student success plans
o Actively participate in student support processes including SOAR, LOA/NSTO, re-entry or other processes as identified
o Achieve College standard for program participation and pass rates for third party licensure exams
- Contribute and participate the curricular improvement process (25%)
o Contribute in the assessment of student learning outcomes to drive program improvement
o Actively participates in curriculum and compliance meetings as scheduled
o Develop and execute action plan to address accreditation performance shortfalls
o Actively contribute to the development or redevelopment of program curriculum
- Successfully complete enrichment (25%)
o Successfully complete faculty development courses as assigned
o Maintain license and certifications as required
o Participates in all faculty in-services, all campus meetings and faculty meetings
o Create and execute Individual Development Plan

3 years of recent field experience
Master’s degree required
Medical Billing and Coding Certificate of Achievement
Teaching experience not required
Must have effective computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel and Power Point
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills required
Schedule: Flexible as course is online.
