Position Summary:

Position Secret Responsibilities:

1. Establishes and keeps billing files, consisting of preliminary evaluation of billing and collection directions to make sure compliance with agreement requirements and prompt processing of billings.

2. Procedures regular monthly and quarterly billing, consisting of reconciliation of automated billing invoices to earnings and unbilled AR entries. Prepares in-depth supporting paperwork as needed.

Certification/Skills:

Minimum Education:

Partner’s degree in accounting, organization, or financing; or pertinent experience in lieu of education.

Minimum Experience:

2 (2) years of associated experience.

Physical Requirements:

Puts In approximately 20 pounds of force sometimes and/or approximately 10 pounds regularly and/or a minimal quantity continuously to move things.
