Summary:

Under the basic guidance of the Director of Ambulatory Coding Providers, the lead outpatient coder examines medical record documents and all scientific paperwork to extract information and designate proper codes in accordance with the outpatient standards for expert and center coding standards. Understanding ofICD-10 CM/PCS and CPT, Authorities Standards for Coding and Reporting of outpatient circumstances covering intricate disciplinary service lines throughout all Life expectancy affiliates. Identifies suitable code project for optimum category and precise and certified medical reporting.

Obligations:

Evaluations outpatient medical records covering intricate disciplinary service lines to properly recognize all dealt with medical diagnoses and treatments carried out reporting the proper ICD-10 CM/PCS code( s) in accordance with main coding standards. EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:
