A hectic Outpatient Physical Treatment center is presently looking for a strong Client Account Representative to manage all the Medical Billing & Collections. People using should have 2 strong years’ experience in Medical Billing and Collections.

We need the private to be trustworthy, accountable, and versatile with hours and be multi-tasked to assist this front workplace remain on top of billing and collections!

Task Responsibilities:

  • Post payments everyday
  • Costs, upload and proper claims in clearinghouse
  • Status overdue claims and client accounts
  • Balance and total day-to-day deposit
  • Process Refunds

Task Requirements:

  • Need To have 2 years’ experience in the Medicare Billing and Direct Data Entry exp, Collections and all elements of A/R cycle.
  • High School Graduation a should and some innovative education/certifications extremely chosen
  • Need to excel in Word & Excel.
  • Previous experience utilizing medical software application extremely chosen.
  • Needs to have experience in a medical center, heavy medical billing, heavy A/R, collections (from insurance provider & clients), insurance coverage follow-up and coding & confirmation.
  • Group gamer mindset, energetic, able to multi-task, with a concentrate on outstanding client service are essential.
  • Needs to be a self-starter with strong organizational abilities.
  • Needs to be licensed to operate in the United States
