SCOPE OF ROLE

The Bright Health Risk Adjustment and Coding Team is an important part of Bright’s success as it specifies and makes sure exceptional scientific look after our members.   • Extensive understanding of danger modification and ICD-10- CM coding standards
  • Extensive understanding of Medicare Advantage and Commercial HCC designs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products; Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) chosen
  • Medical record retrieval experience chosen
  • Vast understanding of EMR systems, medical record evaluation and abstraction
  • Ability to rapidly find out and adjust to satisfy service requirements
  • Experience working with Risk Adjustment suppliers
  • Ability to work separately
  • Ability to develop relationships with workplace personnel, doctors, and market group
