Education/Experience: High school diploma or comparable and 2 years of medical coding, threat modification coding or Hierarchical Condition Category Audit supplier and internal danger modifications coding to guarantee precision and recognize and reduce any threats. (HCC) coding experience in the health care market OR Associate’s degree in health associated field and 1 years of medical coding, threat modification coding or Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding experience in the health care market. Responsibilities

Validate service provider, supplier, and internal medical diagnosis coding for precision by examining and evaluating samples of coding and declares extract compared to real medical records

Review and recognize patterns in coding inconsistencies and inform relevant department for prospective training and education

Determine coding concerns and disparities and make updates as needed

Identify problems, figure out effect to run the risk of modification designs and reports results for numerous services and products

Coordinate erase files with management from Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace and Encounters department
