Group Leader-Medical Billing Department

Responsibilities

Lead a group of 4-8 people Reviews and aproves group modifications regular monthly

• Provides assistance and education for employee
• Provides assistance for account and declares follow up for issue payers, and so on
• Holds month-to-month receivables meetins with Area Operations Director and scientific personnel
• Collects and prepares information for both internal and external audits
• Maintains electronic files per compliance retention policy
• Assist at month end with closing centers by fixing up treatment overalls, examining regular monthly charges, solving disparities, and examining other regular monthly reports.
• Correct and research study fixing up products from previous accounting durations
• Assist in personnel assessments of staff member

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Four year of experience in a comparable field or an equivelant mix of education and experience
