Threat Modification Coding Expert

Task Summary: The Risk Adjustment Coding Analyst is mostly accountable for partnering with service providers, stakeholders, and center operations personnel to support LVHN’s Risk Adjustment Coding efforts and Ambulatory Clinical Document Improvement (CDI) program. Based upon a strong understanding of threat change designs, the Analyst is accountable for leveraging innovation to communicate coding and paperwork chances to clinicians. Incumbent likewise informs personnel and suppliers on associated paperwork concepts and helps in interacting program metrics through control panels and numerous reports.

Minimum Requirements: Associates degree in a health care associated field or Coding curriculum to consist of medical terms, A&P, ICD-10 and coding standards or AHIMA/AAPC Coding Credential

2 years intense care coding, billing, profits cycle, or other health care experience needed

Requires strong analytical and investigative abilities and strong interaction abilities. Should have the ability to connect both individually along with in a group environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Licensure and Certifications: Requires AHIMA or AAPC authorized coding credential. Needs accreditation as a Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) within 1 year of work.
