What You Will Do

  • Respond to consumer queries relating to billing, item functions, and account gain access to through assistance ticket and telephone
  • Collaborate with other elements of the Customer Support group to deal with delicate client concerns
  • Serve as point of escalation for complex or uncommon concerns to other groups
  • Drive continuous enhancements to client fulfillment
