Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years post-secondary education with coursework in company, medical assistant program or nursing assistant program OR comparable mix of education/experience in coding (one year of education equates to one year of experience) needed.
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities to recognize and understand chances for coding and paperwork enhancement through observation, information analysis and analysis needed.
  • Knowledge in PC based applications, particularly an encoder needed.
