Responsibilities and Qualifications
Summary:
The Client Relations Manager is accountable for the total management, maintenance and success of appointed customer accounts and is accountable for arranging, handling, collaborating, managing and interacting activities of the account to invested celebrations. The Client Relations Manager works as account supervisor and as intermediary in between the customer and the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for a significant customer or a group of customers and quickly react to all customer questions.
- Manage the regular monthly closing and report generation/reconciliation procedure prior to launch to the customer.
- Liaise with the operation’s processing group as essential to deal with customer requirements and keep track of customer deal processing.
- Monitor and examine designated customer accounts in order to ensure precise and effective processing.

- Develop collective relationships throughout numerous departments and with external customers in order to achieve customer account objectives.

Skills/Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in service, Finance, Accounting or carefully associated field or a comparable quantity of appropriate market experience.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Medical/EMS billing experience is a plus.
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic experience is a plus.
- Financial, accounting, or balance dues experience.
- Able to handle numerous concurrent jobs.
