RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and process documentation from the F&I Department.
  • Post car sales and purchases.
  • Prepare look for benefits, recommendations, refunds, and so on
  • Costing and completing offers to accounting.
  • Prepare, send and keep an eye on financing of bank agreements.
  • Read and translate legal files.
  • Effectively present details to consumers or dealer workers.
  • Maintain reports and/or logs of everyday brand-new and secondhand offer activity.
  • Work under pressure in a quick paced, high volume environment.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Perform different other accounting duties and company requirements as appointed.
