Responsibilities and Qualifications

Summary:

The Client Relations Manager is accountable for the general management, maintenance and success of appointed customer accounts and is accountable for arranging, handling, collaborating, managing and interacting activities of the account to invested celebrations. The Client Relations Manager works as account supervisor and as intermediary in between the customer and the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a significant customer or a group of customers and immediately react to all customer queries.
  • Manage the month-to-month closing and report generation/reconciliation procedure prior to launch to the customer.
  • Liaise with the operation’s processing group as needed to attend to customer requirements and keep an eye on customer deal processing.
  • Monitor and examine designated customer accounts in order to ensure precise and effective processing.
  • Identify prospective issues with customer accounts prior to they take place and works to get rid of future events. Functions to remedy issues that do happen and to avoid them from repeating in the future.
  • Develop collective relationships throughout several departments and with external customers in order to achieve customer account objectives.
  • Develop and keep understanding of customer credentialing and cost schedules.
  • Work at customer website to examine the requirements of the customer account and handle work circulation. Collaborates activities with the management group in obtaining brand-new accounts, consisting of such things as website audits and gos to.
  • Review and if needed, right all customer month end reports prior to shipment to the customer.
  • Generate customer ad-hoc reports upon demand.

  • Create and provide customer efficiency discussions.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in organization, Finance, Accounting or carefully associated field or a comparable quantity of pertinent market experience.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Medical/EMS billing experience is a plus.
  • Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic experience is a plus.
  • Financial, accounting, or receivables experience.
  • Able to handle several concurrent jobs.
  • Puts in the additional effort to satisfy due dates.
  • Flexible to manage unforeseen everyday obstacles.
  • Very strong composed and spoken interaction abilities.
  • Ability to evaluate information and recognize patterns.
  • Microsoft Office– Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Crystal Reports/Business Objects or experience with reporting tools
  • Willingness to take a trip

Additional Requirements

  • Must work onsite at Clients workplace M-F: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Downtown Los Angeles 200 N Spring St. Los Angeles CA 90012
  • Must be completely immunized and reveal evidence of Covid-19 Vaccination
