Responsibilities
What do our Special Billing Administrators do?
The Special Billing Administrator is accountable for sending billings in a precise and prompt way based upon customer requirements and Rentokil requirements. The Billing Administrator will deal with Program Management Care Teams to make sure all expenditures are billed properly to customers based upon Rentokil’s standard procedure. These customers might originate from either National, Regional, or Ambius Special Billed accounts.

- Generate and fix up billings on everyday, weekly, and regular monthly basis.
- Provide billing information and summary info as required
- Work with 50-75 customers
- Work in 3rd party websites for customers’ work order processing and invoicing
- Performs other associated tasks as designated.
What do you require?
- High School Diploma needed
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree and one year of administrative work experience or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable administrative or accounting function.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in company administration or accounting – chosen
- Proficiency in IRIS and Pestnet Online a plus- chosen
- Quick student with brand-new systems- chosen
- Experience utilizing double displays a plus- chosen
- Must have a sophisticated experience with Excel performance, consisting of the capability to produce pivot tables, produce solutions to determine complicated rates structures or integrate information from 2 or more source spreadsheets.
- Must have proficiency format files in a kind based upon business requirements and expectations.
- Must show a high degree of precision when going into and preserving information in systems
