JOB DESCRIPTION:
Billing tasks and duties
- Create all required payment insurance coverage codes and see codes for grant and insurance coverage tracking and reporting.
- eCW contact for Billing.
- Managing the status of accounts and balances and determining disparities
- Prepare and run reports.
- Contact insurance coverage billing departments to deal with and remedy billing mistakes and omissions.
- Issuing costs, invoices, and billings
- Responsible for Batching and Billing day-to-day services rendered.
- Daily publishing of insurance coverage payments.
- Ensure month-to-month billing is precise and provided month-to-month.
- Point of Contact for billing issues and mistakes
- Keeping all files cool and arranged.
- Reconcile records with interval workers and management, or external suppliers or consumers.
- Adhere to production, performance, quality, and customer-service requirements.

340 B Program responsibilities and obligations
- Collect client information for every single company 340 B qualified client in accordance with HRSA Regulation and standards.
- Create/update all client submits with certified information in eCW.
- Maintain and evaluate all information connected to involvement in the 340 B Drug Pricing Program and supervises all points of service associated to 340 B involvement strikes guarantee policies and treatments are followed, entities certify, and clients certify as covered clients.
- Maintains understanding of the health care and drug store services market continuously and utilizes that understanding to determine methods and make suggestions to enhance the 340 B program for the Covered entity.
- Ensures that the 340 B drug store program is continually certified with 340 B federal policies.
- Build strong relationships with Covered Entity, Affiliate Partners, Providers, Contract Pharmacy, Auditors and HRSA worrying all 340 B associated matters.
- Attends routine 340 B trainings and shares lessons and hot subjects with personnel.
- Provides continuous training, education, and interaction to the Covered Entity, Providers, Affiliated Partners and Community needed for the 340 B Discount Drug Pricing Program.
