· Completes all designated jobs and duties of Patient Access Representative I precisely and in a prompt way
· Responds quickly, expertly and courteously to all clients’ requirements
· Cooperates and interacts successfully with all McLaren Health Care staff member

Qualifications
Required:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Minimum 6-month of Patient Access, Medical Billing or Customer Service work experience
· Proven abilities in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, Window based applications, and 10 essential calculators
Preferred:
· Associate Degree in Health Care, Finance or associated location. Comparable mix of education and appropriate experience might be accepted
· Certification in medical billing, coding, or comparable task particular accreditation
· Working understanding of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10
- One-year experience in Revenue Cycle
