Client Access Representative McLaren Medical Group

Under basic instructions, the Patient Access Representative I is accountable for finishing jobs related to particular tasks. Particular task obligations will remain in registration, monetary clearance, insurance coverage confirmation, cashier, and so on as designated by Revenue Cycle Management. Client Access Representative I is anticipated to carry out task jobs within the quality and performance requirements appointed to place duties.

Responsibilities:

· Completes all designated jobs and duties of Patient Access Representative I precisely and in a prompt way

· Responds quickly, expertly and courteously to all clients’ requirements

· Cooperates and interacts efficiently with all McLaren Health Care employee

Qualifications

Required:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Minimum 6-month of Patient Access, Medical Billing or Customer Service work experience

· Proven abilities in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, Window based applications, and 10 crucial calculators

Preferred:

· Associate Degree in Health Care, Finance or associated location. Comparable mix of education and pertinent experience might be accepted

· Certification in medical billing, coding, or comparable task particular accreditation

· Working understanding of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10

• One-year experience in Revenue Cycle
