Summary

Reports to the Practice Manager and works under the instructions of the Clinical Supervisor, Office Supervisor and/or Office Coordinator. Under basic guidance and according to recognized policies and treatments, carries out numerous reception, clerical and client care responsibilities. Responsibilities consist of welcoming clients, addressing the telephone, preserving doctor’s schedules, confessing and releasing clients, gathering payments, going into client charges and putting together different reports.

Performs numerous reception and clerical responsibilities in accordance with recognized policies and treatments by:

  • Receiving and welcoming clients and visitors in an expert, pleasant way and supplying all sensible help. Monitoring clients in for their consultations.

  • Paging doctor when required and sending out info relating to call status and imaging projects daily.

Education and Experience

  • The understanding, abilities and capabilities as suggested listed below are typically obtained through the effective conclusion of a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year associated workplace experience, with medical terms and coding experience, is chosen. The capability to speak and compose Spanish is wanted.
