REMOTE POSITION

Job Description:

Perform licensed code evaluation of medical costs utilizing HCPCS, ICD-10 and CPT Professional books.

Prep medical costs for information entry, consisting of recognition of such things as treatment codes, medical diagnosis codes, company details, supplier specialized, and so on, by evaluating descriptions on the expenses and/or evaluating medical records.

As required, likewise offers administrative procedures support, consisting of information entry of medical expenses into the business’s DecisionPoint application, in addition to page category and company of lawyer need plans. Training of procedures and applications is offered and procedures are well-documented. Minimal decision-making. Prioritization and management of work needed.

Monday-Friday 8am-4: 30 pm with some possibility for versatility

Qualifications:

• AAPC requirements Certified Coder CPC or CPC-A needed
• Computer efficiency and able to find out brand-new applications
• Excellent typing abilities needed
• High school diploma needed
• Medical coding task experience a plus
